Friendly cricket match at Gurgaon to promote national integration

The Scottish High International School, Gurgaon under the guidance of NFCH organized a friendly cricket match on 10th February 2012 at Gurgaon between students of J&K and NCR to promote national integration

Brotherhood Day (Bhaichara Divas) at Makki Masjid, Mehdian, New Delhi during the United Nations World Interfaith Harmony Week - 2012

Anjuman Aman Dost Insan Dost under the guidance of NFCH organised Brotherhood Day (Bhaichara Divas) at Makki Masjid, New Delhi on 5th February 2012 during the United Nations World Interfaith Harmony Week - 2012. Speakers from different religions and about 300 persons from different states participated in the programme.

Seminar on Sensitization of Police Force for promoting communal harmony & national integration at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad organized a Seminar on 17th-18th January 2012 at the Academy on Sensitization of Police Force for promoting communal harmony & national integration in partnership with NFCH. The seminar benefitted trainee IPS Officers of the Academy as well as staff & trainee Police Officers of Andhra Pradesh Police Academy and Central Police Organizations. It was attended by 190 officers of various States & Central Police Organizations, NPA faculty, Senior IAS & IPS Officers, members from National Integration Council (NIC), eminent persons from the print & electronic media, NGOs and other dignitaries.;

All India Islahe Anjuman Siddiqui (R), Delhi organized a seminar on National Integration & Communal Harmony on 14th October 2011 at New Delhi with the financial assistance of NFCH. Eminent persons from different religions participated in the deliberations and stressed to work together for promoting national integration & communal harmony.

Two day National Workshop on Urban Living and Communal Harmony at New Delhi

Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, in collaboration with NFCH, organized a two day national workshop from 3rd – 4th October 2011 on ‘Urban Living and Communal Harmony’. Shri Salman Khurshid, Hon’ble Minister for Minority Affairs and Law & Justice, was the Chief Guest and Shri G.K. Pillai, former Union Home Secretary, presented the valedictory address. Legal experts, academicians, urban planners among others participated to suggest ways to habilitate people of different communities in newly developed colonies / society to promote communal harmony.

Seminar on Ahimsa Parmodharma at Rae Bareilly, Uttar Pardesh

Sabla, a Rae Bareilly (UP) based CSO with the financial assistance of NFCH organized a seminar on Ahimsa Parmodharma at Rae Bareilly on 27th September 2011 mainly to spread the message of Ahimsa (non-violence) amongst the youth.

NFCH sponsored Friendly Cricket Match at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir

NFCH sponsored friendly cricket matches between children from Delhi and Srinagar organized by the Guild of Service at Srinagar from 17th-18th May 2011. The first cricket match was played between the children of Linton Hall School Srinagar and Delhi team at the University of Kashmir playground on 17th May 2011. The final match, played between CRPF trained children and the team of Srinagar & Delhi, was won by the mixed team of Srinagar and Delhi. In these matches, some NFCH assisted children also participated. The message was conveyed in the media that ‘United We Win’.
